AUSTIN– Sen. Donna Campbell was named by the Texas Conservative Coalition as one of the top five “Courageous Conservatives” in the Texas Senate for her voting record during the 83rd Legislative Session.
“Courageous Conservatives” were announced and recognized for their unwavering advocacy for the principles of limited government, individual liberty, free enterprise, and traditional values. Other winners in the Senate included Ken Paxton, Brian Birdwell, Dan Patrick, Kelly Hancock, and Glenn Hegar.
“It’s an honor to be recognized by the TCC for working on behalf of Texans to keep our nation free and our state strong and prosperous. I will continue to fight for these principles as long as I’m in office,” Senator Campbell stated.
Senator Campbell is an emergency room physician serving her first year in the Texas Senate. She represents Senate District 25, which includes all or parts of Bexar, Comal, Kendall, Hays, Guadalupe, and Travis counties.
