The San Antonio Express-News editorial board has endorsed Senator Donna Campbell for reelection, stating "Campbell fits bill in GOP Senate race."

In their editorial, the Express-News noted: "In the Texas Senate District 25 Republican primary, we recommend incumbent Donna Campbell. Campbell, a nurse and physician, has held the seat since 2013... her record reflects her conservative district."
