These terms apply to donnacampbell.com and to the text message program of Friends of Donna Campbell ("the campaign," "we," "us"). By using this website or joining our text messages, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Text message program
- What you'll receive. When you opt in on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Friends of Donna Campbell, including event reminders, issue updates, volunteer opportunities, donation requests and polls or surveys.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@donnacampbell.com.
- No condition. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation or purchase.
- Your number. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP first.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or automated form entries, submit someone else's information without their permission, or access parts of the site that are not meant to be public.
Donations
Contributions are processed by Anedot and are subject to the eligibility rules and certifications shown on the donation form and to Texas campaign finance law. Contributions to Friends of Donna Campbell are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Endorsements and submissions
If you tell us you publicly endorse Dr. Campbell, you permit the campaign to list your name as a supporter. You can withdraw your endorsement at any time by emailing info@donnacampbell.com. Please don't send us confidential information through the contact form; for official Senate business, contact Dr. Campbell's Senate office directly.
Content
The text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to Friends of Donna Campbell or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy or reuse our content in a way that suggests the campaign endorses you or your message without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including news coverage, government sources and social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including election dates and voting locations.
